Epoxy flooring in Three Lakes often starts out back, by the water. The community covers 3.9 square miles, and 0.7 square miles of that is water, about 17% of the total. For homes that back onto the water, the patio and pool deck get a lot of use. Those slabs get full sun, splash from the pool, and humid air coming off the water. They need different coatings than a garage.

Three neighborhoods
